Abstract

This article is based on the lattice Boltzmann method of nano - fluid flow and energy transfer processes . The lattice Boltzmann method is a new numerical simulation method from discrete kinetic theory , the study of fluid flow and heat transfer mechanism in the mesoscopic scale . Established two - dimensional two-phase flow lattice Boltzmann model to prove the correctness of the lattice Boltzmann model through theoretical derivation and analysis of the boundary conditions and stability of the lattice Boltzmann model . The paper describes the basic characteristics of nanofluids . The nanofluids colloidal suspended solids, colloidal theory , the nano - fluid dynamics and thermodynamic properties . Nanoparticles in the fluid by gravity , Brownian force , drag force and particle interaction potential dispersion force was gathering . Brownian motion of nanoparticles and the interaction potential between particles are make nanofluids efficient heat transfer performance of the main reasons . Relationship between the nanoparticles and the force of the liquid medium , the establishment of a nano - fluid lattice Boltzmann model , which study the dynamic characteristics of the nanoparticles , simulation of nano - fluid transport parameters from the mesoscopic level reveals the mechanism of heat transfer enhancement of nanofluids .
