Abstract


Since the beginning of the 21st century, China's economy has continued to maintain a rapid development, continued to promote various reforms, followed increasingly competitive, work pressure faced by occupational groups, academic pressure, living under increasing pressure, they feel the Perceived Stress also increasing. Not appropriately perceived stress will cause individuals appear depressed, fatigue, anxiety, interpersonal adverse decline in the ability to work, and even psychosomatic diseases. Studies have shown that individuals perceived stress directly affects their physical health, mental health, work efficiency, but also affect the operating efficiency of the individual organization. Occupational groups is a particular social group, plays a vital role in the construction of social development, their health has a direct impact on the health of the community, and harmonious development. The World Health Organization (WHO) defines health as \Health research on occupational populations in the country, more and more concerned about the professional crowd psychological stress, physical and mental health, to understand perceived stress impact on quality of life, has important theoretical and practical significance for the promotion of the overall health of the individual, to improve the degree of social harmony . In this study, using widely in mature psychology Scale General Health Questionnaire (CHQ-12), the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Short Scale Chinese version (EPQ-RSC), the Chinese version of the Perceived Stress Scale (CPSS), Life Event Scale (LES), Trait Coping Style Questionnaire (TCSQ), Social Support Rating Scale (SSS) to measure the radiation workers in Henan Province provincial medical institutions mental health and stress-related factors, and the process of stress two important physiological indicators of the hypothalamic - pituitary - adrenal cortical axis (HPA axis), adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and cortisol (COR) detection; combination of psychological factors, physiological indicators, measuring physical and mental health of radiation workers and to explore the impact of their quality of life, provide a scientific basis for the development of the corresponding health protection measures to improve the quality of life of occupational groups. 1 Radiation Workers in general perceived stress analysis using the Chinese version of the Perceived Stress Scale (CPSS) measuring 728 radiology staff: Perceived Stress score results between men and women was not statistically significant (P> 0.05) ; between individuals of different ages perceived stress score was statistically significant (P <0.05), higher perceived stress scores of middle-aged; different marital status in which the pressure level (P <0.05), divorce higher perceived stress, lower unmarried; staff contact ray in different ways between perceived stress scores was statistically significant (P <0.05), higher perceived stress scores radiation workers in direct contact with the rays. The results show that perceived stress score and the total score of the general health of the interference effect of perceived stress on the health of the shadow noon Partial partial correlation analysis, controlling for age 2 radiology staff positive correlation (P <0.05), indicating that as the increase of pressure, the physical symptoms and the incidence of psychological disorders also will increase. The measured radiation workers in ACTH, the COR average healthy person was statistically significant (P <0.05) between the norm and the radiology staff of ACTH, COR water were higher than those in normal healthy people. The the 3 radiology staff perceived stress influence factors research results show that the personality characteristics of radiation workers and the general population with a significant difference (P <0.05), lower degree of psychoticism, extraversion higher degree, higher degree of emotional, Pearson correlation analysis, the personality characteristics of radiation workers and perceived stress correlated (P <0.01), personality characteristics and perceived stress formation; stimulating amount of negative life events and perceived stress scores correlation coefficient r = 0.270, was statistically significant (P <0.01), negative life events and perceived stress sources; negative coping and pressure into a positive correlation (P <0.01), will help reduce the negative response to perceived stress; actively respond to and pressure into negative correlation ( P <0.01), to take active coping style will help reduce the perceived stress; social support and pressure into a negative correlation (P <0.05), good social support can reduce perceived stress. In summary, the radiological staff physiological hormone levels, higher levels of stress than the norm; different demographic characteristics, occupational characteristics, personality traits, coping style, social support radiology staff, nor the level of perceived stress the same. Organizational management and individual based on the demographic characteristics of the radiation workers, occupational characteristics, personality traits, coping style, social support targeted measures to alleviate perceived stress, and improve their social support rich leisure life, strengthen health education, strengthen pressure self-consciousness, the ability to manage an effective way to improve the quality of life of the radiology staff.
