Abstract

Objective To Ezhou City Youth Status of life satisfaction and psychological sub-health state, to explore the relationship between life satisfaction and psychological sub-health state; provide the basis for effective health assessment, mental health services and the development of health interventions. Method using the Youth subhealth multidimensional assessment questionnaire (MSQA), life satisfaction questionnaire (MSLSS) Trait Coping Style Questionnaire \school of 2,162 students in the investigation. Using Epidata3.0 data entry, data obtained using SPSS15.0 analysis using χ2 test, t test, analysis of variance descriptive analysis of Ezhou city adolescent mental sub-health status and life satisfaction condition; psychological sub-health, life satisfaction The degree of correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, and coping styles. Results 1. Ezhou city youth life satisfaction score in the middle and higher levels accounted for 88.2% of overall life satisfaction score highest (4.97 ± 0.88), environmental satisfaction lowest score (4.02 ± 4.54 ± 0.58, family satisfaction score 0.77); the girls overall life satisfaction, as well as family, school, friends, the three dimensions of life satisfaction score significantly higher than boys (p lt; 0.05); city students overall satisfaction, as well as schools, living environment satisfaction score was significantly higher rural students (p lt; 0.05); overall life satisfaction scores at different ages are not the same: college students the highest overall satisfaction score (p lt; 0.05), junior high school satisfaction score compared to high school students (p lt; 0.05) and college students, high school students living environment satisfaction and friend satisfaction score than junior high school students and college students (p lt; 0.05), college students self-satisfaction and family satisfaction score than early high school students high (p lt; 0.05). The. The youth mental subhealth Ezhou City detected was 34.2%, the detection rate of high school student mental subhealth significantly higher than junior high school students and college students (p lt; 0.05). Overall mental health groups and various dimensions of life satisfaction scores were significantly higher than that of the psychological sub-health group (p lt; 0.05); negative coping style psychological sub-health group scored significantly higher mental health group (p lt; 0.05) ; correlation analysis showed that psychological sub-health state and life satisfaction of each dimension and positive response showed a significant negative correlation (p lt; 0.05); positively correlated with negative coping. 4. To mental subhealth scale total score should be variable multiple linear regression show school satisfaction, self-satisfaction, family satisfaction, friend satisfaction, positive response and negative response to six independent variables in the regression equation, partial regression regression coefficient square and 0.256. Conclusion psychological sub-health state and life satisfaction dimension and positive coping was significantly negatively correlated; cope with the negative into a positive correlation. School satisfaction, self-satisfaction, family satisfaction, friend satisfaction, positive coping and negative coping style can predict psychological sub-health state.
