Development of computer technology brings human society into the information-based society. The integration in technology on apparel CAD, Computer and network technology produces a new field of study - a web-based fashion style design system.In this paper, the author analysis the sense to the society of a web-based fashion style design system with the development of domestic custom apparel CAD and Personalized custom on apparel. The web-based fashion style design system make a significant reduction in Design challenges with offering Component Library and the function of improving the outline on the original component. The system providers a high level of plateform on design, stimulating the growth of consumption.The system consists of three modules which are component library module, custom component module and style design module. Component library module shows a large number of apparel component; Custom component module help users to design apparels from nothing; In Style design module, users select components and modify the control points of components to modify the appearance of components to form apparel style renderings.The author transforms graph of component to a digital apparel component with xml after analyzing the composition rule of components. The system provides users with a variety of interactions, such as rotating, zooming, moving, editing, floating, sinking, turning, etc. The author analyzes all of the interactions and makes the realization of interactive methods. At last, the author finishes the development of the system whit Flash Builder tool.
