Abstract

Cultural soft power relative to its hard power, penetration of the country's traditional culture, values, ideology and cultural factors such as internal play cohesion, mobilization power, spiritual power and external generated attractiveness and persuasion force, mainly derived from the value system of a country's national culture, ideology, political system and development model, the people's quality image and diplomatic policies. Cultural soft power constitute a comprehensive national strength, not only directly but also indirectly affect the overall national strength, and in an increasingly global and strategic competition of comprehensive national strength, comprehensive national strength.
