Abstract

In this study, measured by growth and digestion trials four phosphate apparent and true digestibility, serum alkaline phosphatase activity, serum phosphorus content, bone strength and ash content, by slope ratio method to calculate the relative potency and compared with the apparent and true digestibility of phosphorus to the best way to determine the the feed relative potency of the four types of phosphorus-containing minerals and assessment phosphate bioefficacy. As the reference test to potassium dihydrogen phosphate, Biological evaluation of calcium dihydrogen phosphate, calcium hydrogen phosphate, calcium phosphate, MDCP four phosphorus-containing mineral feed. Have three spiked levels for each mineral salts, O, 0.07%, 0.14%, a total of 11 treatments (0% group share), select 66 Duroc × Landrace × hybridization castration of piglets, based on weight, gender, age and genetic characteristics consistent with the principles of pairing 33 groups (starting weight was 9.4 ± 0.38kg), were randomly divided into 11 treatment groups, each dealing with three replicates, each repeat two pigs. Test pigs fed ad libitum drinking water, to record the trial pig feed, and weight gain. 14 days and 21 days for each treatment group, select 3 pig vena cava before fasting blood serum alkaline phosphatase activity and serum inorganic phosphorus content was measured. In the first 23 days of trial, the 10-day trial pig digestion test, determination of the apparent and true digestibility of four phosphate. On the 35th day of the trial, from MDCP 0%, 0.07%, 0.14% groups each select the test pigs of three weight centered bloodletting slaughter, whichever tibia, femur, third and fourth metacarpal bone measured non-fat dry bone weight, ash content, the phosphorus content and the fracture strength. The test results show that the phosphorus-containing minerals forage species affect the relative biological potency relative potency of the highest of the four participants were feed grade calcium dihydrogen phosphate were MDCP, dicalcium phosphate, calcium phosphate, reagent grade potassium dihydrogen phosphate were approximately 91% to 94%, from 71% to 80%, from 85% to 90% and 72% to 74%; various indicators affect phosphate bioavailability assessment, when the bones indicators as standard, and the apparent digestible the strongest correlation phosphorus contrast, serum AKP and growth performance centered serum inorganic phosphorus worst; gradient regression method and difference method for the determination of the true digestibility value of the difference was not significant; to digestion test basically the same the measured the four phosphate apparent digestibility law relative potency apparent digestibility values ??were 88% of the calcium dihydrogen phosphate MDCP 83%, calcium hydrogen phosphate 70%, calcium phosphate 67% .
