Abstract

Glucose, glucose in human blood . Glucose is an important component in the human body material, it reflects the level of concentration of the healthy condition of the human body . Therefore, the degree of accuracy of the measurement of the concentration of glucose in the human body is very important. Near-infrared spectroscopy to measure the blood sugar , do not need to consume reagents , can not only reduce the cost of detection but quickly the blood glucose concentration , promote near-infrared spectroscopy applications in the medical field . In this thesis, the near-infrared spectroscopic measurements of glucose powder measure , and thus different concentrations of glucose solution and establish a calibration model , these accumulated experience for the model of the human blood glucose correction Finally, by the comparison between the different algorithms , using partial least squares (PLS) correction model of the human blood glucose concentration in the characteristic absorption region in blood sugar and get better results to achieve and exceed abroad using near-infrared spectroscopy measurement of blood glucose concentration results in nearly infrared spectroscopy measurement of blood glucose concentration field has made ??great progress , and laid the foundation for the next non-invasive blood glucose monitoring .
