Abstract


Hydraulic disc brakes is one important mechanical equipment coal for winning machine, mine hoist and other important mechanical equipments on the safety brake. Coal winning machine and mine hoist equipment operation safety reliability directly affect the mine production staffs life safety and mine production capacity. And the stand or fall of hydraulic disc brakes and directly related to coal winning machine, mine hoist equipment safety and reliability. If hydraulic disc brakes in the process of operation, and coal winning machine malfunction, mine hoist equipment and timely for braking and eliminate, the result has not only could lead to the device itself damage and may even cause machine destroyed the serious consequences of news.In order to avoid more serious consequences, based on the analysis of the performance of the hoist disc brake characteristics and the fault mechanism, based on hydraulic disc brake shoe wear quantity and saucer reed whether failure of real-time monitoring problems put forward a set of design scheme.This paper designed a new hydraulic disc brakes detection device. This device based on PLC processor as the core, and adopting the sensors to collect data, through the data processing and analysis, finally shows the amount of wear and brake shoe size and space in the saucer reed expiration warning system, security has been improved a bit.This paper mainly studies the following contents:Firstly, through realizing the hoist hydraulic disc brakes characteristics and working principle of institutions are analyzed, and the monitoring device system design of the overall design scheme and the main parts of the system design.Secondly, according to mine hoist brake hydraulic disc brake wear is the real time measurement and saucer reed whether failure monitoring for the proposed question, this amount of wear and brake shoe for real-time monitoring of clearance and design concepts; and the disc type spring brake equipment load and the relationship between the itinerary of the characteristic curve, the paper analyses the saucer shape and find out the load of spring-set by the relationship with stroke rate, find out the judge disc type spring new judgment method, fracture expound clearly the saucer reed fracture judgment method; according to the failure of the saucer shape spring-set is adopted in this paper, the judgment by saucer reed group of fatigue property graphs, adopted the method of fatigue counting the failure of judgment saucer reed group, can be in saucer reed group fatigue invalidation judgment, before the bud.Thirdly, this paper analysis stress and fatigue of the saucer shape spring-set with the SW/ Simulation. Simulation can saucer the actual stress state of the reed group and then we can found the failure judgment of the spring group is appropriate or not.Fourthly, to automatic control the monitoring devices of disc brake, this paper made a control program based on PLC which can real-time monitor the disc brake shoe wear and Spring and automatic control of brake shoe clearance.This research of the topic enriches and develops the hydraulic disc brakes monitoring device design theory and method, provides the certain theoretical foundation and basis. And which can ensure stable and reliable hoisting machine operation, reduce the frequency of failure and improve labor efficiency.
