Along with the rapid economic development and the expansion of the industrial enterprise scale,Industrial automation level gradually become important factor that decided to production efficiency and profitability,the progress of computer technology provide a broad platform and infinite possibility for the ascension of automation level.Computer technology develops to industrial, making configuration software arises at the historic moment, configuration software is to point to some data acquisition and control in the process of special software, providing general level of software tools that can rapid construction industrial automatic control system of monitoring function for the user,and so the user can greatly reduce development costs,shorten the development cycle.Using industrial computer,combined with the configuration software, to realize the data acquisition and process monitoring is the trend of industry automatic field, take advantage of this model can give full play to computer in complex data operation processing, statements inquires, interface display ability, and avoid large complicated programming work, so the users in accordance with the requirements of themselves for the controlled object configuration. Seting up with the actual needs of the real-time monitoring system will be more intuitive convenient to the real-time monitoring of production process.This paper firstly introduced the development and the present situation of industrial monitoring system,the features,function and the development tendency of commonly used configuration software in industrial monitoring system at present; it also introduced the topic’s background and the work that will be completed in this paper as well. After the project control requirements be analysised, put forward platform design of motion position monitoring system, including mechanical system design and architecture, monitoring system structure design and system communication, given the analysis method to key problems in design of monitoring system.The article choose PROFIBUS-DP as lower position machine communication method, MPI as upper position machine communication method,Through the configuration of hardware parameters on the relevant network,and as well as the programming of the corresponding communication program to realize communication. This paper introduces the of communication method between PLC and WinCC, communication expansion plan based on OPC and DDE in detail. Wince monitoring platform can real-time read,change, supervisory control Various variables on PLC, realized the real-time monitoring of motion position platform.
