Abstract


This article describes the application of CCD in the non-contact measurement , to clarify the composition of the linear array CCD non-contact measurement system and the need to address the problem . Wire precision measurement system based on the linear CCD is established , on the basis of the improvement in the lighting system , with Curve Fitting for the inflection point of the method to extract the edge characteristic of the signal , and finally to be lower than the CCD according to the lens magnification β pixel size in diameter . The paper analyzes the instrument error , and error correction curves are shown in order to achieve the purpose of the measurement accuracy . Finally another diffraction method on the same object of measurement, the comparison obtained the merits of the two methods . The measuring range of the measurement system for the 0.5 ~ 9.5mm, the total uncertainty of ± 7.04μm .
