Abstract


Objective: To understand the impact and safety of recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) , dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) and ischemic cardiomyopathy (ICM) cardiac function in patients . Methods : 30 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and dilated cardiomyopathy caused 11 cases of patients with chronic heart failure ( ischemic cardiomyopathy : 11 cases of the treatment group , the control group ; dilated cardiomyopathy : four cases of the treatment group and the control group 4 cases) , the two groups of patients underwent conventional therapy , while the treatment group every other day subcutaneous injection rhGH4IU, January . Before and after treatment , respectively, echocardiography , hemodynamics and serum IGF - I plasma Ang-Ⅱ Determination . Left ventricular systolic function of the results : the treatment group improved significantly compared with the control group (P <0.05,), no significant differences in diastolic function between the two groups ; significantly increased serum IGF - I treatment group compared with the control group ; plasma Ang-Ⅱ treatment group compared with the control group were significantly lower after treatment between the two groups ( P> 0.05 ) , there was no significant difference . Conclusions : (1) of rhGH can significantly improve ischemic cardiomyopathy and dilated cardiomyopathy in patients with left ventricular systolic function . (2) rhGH treatment process is safe.
