Abstract


Objective: To study the high hyperhomocysteinemia hypothyroidism relationship between the interaction between the two , and synergistic damage to the cardiovascular system , and analyze the relevant mechanisms . Methods: Male Wistar rats were given a high - methionine diet copy of homocysteine ??( Hcy ) hyperlipidemia model ; removal of both thyroid glands copy hypothyroidism model ; also copy the lipid model , high fat and high Hcy blood model as a positive control , and has to deal with the given the different replication complex model , dynamic analysis of the relationship between Hcy and relevant factors of each group given drug intervention . The high Hcy hyperlipidemia acute phase major impact on left ventricular diastolic function , chronic phase also have some impact on systolic function . Cozaar left ventricular diastolic function can be improved to some extent .
