Abstract

When the human society entered 19th century with the prosperity development of the social economy and the science and technology and with the fierce development of the industry civilization, there is a series environmental probiems integrated human surroundings such as environmental pollution,ecological unbalance......In this background of ecology crisis,ecological movement and ecological ethics and sustainable development have breed.The disadvantage contained in the old opionion of development is the theoretical reason that the theory of sustainable produced.In the old opionion of development increase equaled development, it comprehend that the development only means the increasement of the whole quantity of national economy,and overlook the entirety that we shouid look the development as a system,and also neglect the effect that the development transform the social construction.This development didn’tincrease the well-being of the people and on the contrary produced that the wealth and the poor become divided,it also produced the problem of education、housing、medical reatment etc.in developing country.Since 1970s this old developing opionion of economic doctrine has been changed and a developingtheory of humanism has been brought up to solve this breaking problem betrean subsist and development.But this developing opionion of huanism didn’t transform the developing mode of high input,highdeletion and high extravagant.This developing mode lead to environmental problems such as environmental poiiution,ecology unbalance.It not only affect mankind society to live at the moment but also the long-term benefit of us.It is the historical mission to promote a new developing opionion.The theory of sustainable development breeded in such background.The thoroughgoing inquirement in ecological crisis,ecological movement and ecologicalethics is the background which produced the theory of sustainable development frome the end of 19th century to 1970s,the ecological movement had been prosperous development which had more wide foundation of crowd,and the idea of ecological ethics also had further development.But the ecological crisis didn’t deceleration.On the contrary it is more serious.This require that the ecological movement should go from folk to overnment and the idea of ecological ethics should transormed from theory to fact.Obviously,the theory of sustainable development provide a strategical high degree and the international cooperation .Since the opionion of sustainable development was brought up first by the vnited nation,the understanding of the opionion of sustainable development presents a large space,the differentcountries with different valuable positings and benefit requestions understand this opionion of sustainable development very differently.But on the whole,the theorical basement of this divergence is still the theorical divergence between the<WP=5>anthropocentrism and the nature center doctrine.They are diametrically opposed to each other in such problems that whether natual things have inside value andwether they are the object for us to pay morally attention.In theory and in practice two shool lauched a contesting scholarship.The theoretical divergent between the anthropocentrism and the nature center doctrine provide a two-difficult choice for the valuable basement of the opionion of sustainable development.Overstep and integrate this divergence is the need for the development of theory and practice,at the moment,we can draw lessons from the idea of making the nature and human in perfect harmony in chinese tradition thought the nature opionion of the chinese tradition hold the nature from the implicationrather than the value.It hold that the nature has inside value.The value of nature is the value of Tao and the value of beuaty .The nature is a kind of idea rather that a kind of knowledge.
