Abstract


This paper uses urban economics, industrial economics, development economics, institutional economics and game theory principles and methods of urbanization and urban-rural integration as the historical background to explore the basic theory and method of urbanization in the suburbs, with a focus on the outskirts of the study the effects of urbanization factors, dynamic mechanism, development strategy and mode, as well as the government's role in the process of urbanization in the suburbs, the use of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, a number of issues related to the process of urbanization in the suburbs. The paper is divided into six parts: (1) general problems of urbanization and urbanization in the suburbs. In the introduction and evaluation of domestic and foreign scholars on the basis of urbanization and urbanization in the suburbs, to define the connotation of urbanization in the suburbs, characteristics, and impact of urbanization in the suburbs of important factors. (2) The dynamic mechanism of urbanization in the suburbs and laws. On the basis of analysis of influencing factors of urbanization in the suburbs, from the two aspects of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation to analyze the driving mechanism of urbanization in the suburbs; and summarizes the characteristics of China's urbanization in the suburbs. (3) development strategy and mode of urbanization in the suburbs. Start from the basic concept of the \on the basis of in-depth discussion of the mode of development of China's urbanization in the suburbs. (4) the role of government in the process of urbanization in the suburbs. First through the historical review of the process of urbanization in China's two economic system to illustrate the important role of the government in the process of urbanization in the suburbs; analysis and comparison of the two modes in the process of urbanization in the suburbs and then from the perspective of the new institutional economics; Finally, borrowed game theory analysis methods, analysis reflecting the game between the city government and its regulation and impact of urbanization on the outskirts of a side game. (5) promote the process of urbanization in the suburbs of innovative proposals. Some important issues that exist in the modern suburban urbanization process in China, respectively, in the four aspects of the land system, the system of suburban facilities, employment system, and population management and social security system of the innovative suggestions and countermeasures; (6) An Empirical Study . The first text on the basis of analysis of urbanization in the suburbs dynamic mechanism and suburban urbanization strategy, combined with the actual situation of the Jiangning suburbs, an empirical analysis of its mode of development of urbanization.
