Abstract


Huanghua port in North China is coal transportation which is important give big talk, currently building internationalization, modernization, comprehensive port target take big strides.China is the main marine shipping country in the world. Ocean transportation also plays an irreplaceable role in the national economy and social development, as international trade portal, coastal ports has played an important role in the development of national economy and opening-up. Rencently,with the background of the accelerated of economic globalization, and the international competitive international more and more fierce. The competition of port management industry also growing, Huanghua Port is facing unprecedented pressure and challenges. Facing the new situation and new tasks and challenges in the port development road, how to develop the good strategy for development of Huanghua port, how to accelerate development, optimizing enterprise resources, enhance its core competitiveness, is becoming the currently urgent task of Huanghua Port group.Through careful study of the internal and external environment of Huanghua Port, this paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages in the development speeding up procedure, and the opportunities and threats Huanghua port’s development. By using the related theory and mathematical model to predict the throughput of Huanghua port, the paper finally puts forward the period development strategy of Huanghua port in the future.
