Abstract


The World Mixed rise of the era as well as China formally became a WTO member , China 's financial industry is facing : the need to step up research and deep thinking mixed operation , and when , the manner in which a series of major issues . If these problems are not well resolved , it will seriously affect the international competitiveness of China 's financial industry . Mixed operation and supervision of the financial sector as the main line , in close connection with China's actual practice , through historical analysis , country comparisons, qualitative analysis of a variety of analytical methods , the use of large amounts of data , elaborated on China's financial industry to adopt Mixed business necessity as well as the specific implementation methods, procedures and timing . And the conglomeratization the mode select and financial supervision mechanism how to adapt to the mixed operation needs also have a more in-depth theoretical explanation and analysis , some of the positive reference for our financial management system and regulatory reform .
