Abstract


Constraints and incentives of the senior management of the existing state-owned enterprises in China with a strong planned economy , seriously inconsistent with the requirements of market economy , which not only hinder the efficiency and further development of state-owned enterprises , but also resulted in the loss of state assets , constraint and incentive problems of the senior management of state-owned enterprises is a pressing problem . In phase separation of ownership and management of the modern enterprise , the prevalence of the principal - agent problem , and to solve a principal - agent problem it is necessary to establish an effective operating constraints and incentives . State-owned enterprises determines the specificity of the particularity of the principal - agent problem , and thus determine the complexity of state-owned enterprises to establish an effective senior management constraints and incentives . Therefore, how to establish an effective state-owned enterprises senior management constraints and incentives , we have to face major practical and theoretical issues . This paper is divided into five chapters: Chapter constraints and incentive problems of state-owned enterprises senior management of the root causes of their characteristics is analyzed from a theoretical point of view . Chapter II senior management constraints and incentive problems of international comparative studies , analyzed two typical constraints and incentive model of mature market economies , the mode of the United States, Britain and Germany, Japan mode , trying to find for reference experience . The third chapter analyzes the defects of the constraints and incentives of the senior management of state-owned enterprises in China and the causes . Chapter stage senior management constraints and incentives to build a state-owned enterprise is analyzed theoretically . Chapter from a practical perspective on how to establish an effective state-owned enterprises senior management constraints and incentives system suggestions .
