Abstract


The concept of polarization area, a globally meaningful metropolis circle development mode and construction form, is a primary trend of metropolitan development in the world. However, the evolution to polarization still lacks effective planning guide in our country’s metropolitan, therefore, how to plan the metropolitan into polarization supplies us new research field.To solve this problem ,this paper adopting urban geography and urban planning and other subjects research methods, analyze the general characters of Yangtze Delta metropolitan area ,pearl delta metropolitan area and Beijing Tianjin Hebei metropolitan area .The research reveals that: in the evolution process to polarization area ,the core cities play the driving role is the important engine, The tendency of national policy is incentive factor , perfect spatial structure of towns system is essential guarantee ,cluster development is the main industry pattern ,infrastructure, especially traffic facilities sharing is support conditions , establishing regional organizations and perfect system arrangement is the guiding force . And draw general path according to these general characters .Applying these general characters, general path and the current situation of Chang-ji integration area ,then make the plan of Chang-ji integration area.There are five parts in this paper: the first part (chapter one) is introduction ,including research background , Research Significance and Relevant theoretical overview, the second part (chapter two)resume the evolutionary process of the three metropolitan areas ,the analyze the general characters and the general path ,the third part (chapter three) is analyzing the general situation of Chang-ji integration area , the fourth part (chapter four) use the conclusion of the second part and third part , planning Chang-ji integration area, the last part (chapter five) summarize the paper.
