Abstract


The concrete delivery pump has been one of the most widely used construction machinery. And the hydraulic system which is the key technology of concrete pump and is also the main reason for its failure. Therefore, it is important meanings about the fault diagnosis of hydraulic system of the concrete pump.Especially emphasizes, fault study of hydraulic system involves fault sample information and fault mechanism. Because the fault sample comes from real engineering is scattered, and especially lacks low probability fault sample. Hence, the paper carries out the study of fault simulation, so that improves simulation technology utilization in the field of hydraulic fault diagnose. Mainly completed the following study:(1) Based on the fault tree analysis, and combined with the static and dynamic experiments, we diagnosed the fault after the logic analysis, and gave the improvement measures;(2) The mathematical model of hydraulic system of concrete pump is established based on the Power Bond Graph theory;(3) The simulation of the fault signals in the work process of hydraulic system of concrete pump is performed based on Simulink which is the toolbox in MATLAB. Through fault simulation, provides new technology sustain for fault sample resource and for exploitation of fault mechanism;(4) Study sufficiently on the fault simulation and the fault diagnosis ES, and bring forword the entire thought of the fault diagnosis ES based on fault simulation and the concrete plan of design.
