Abstract


In recent years, as China's continuous economic development and people's living standards improve, people have become increasingly demanding health protection. The same time as medical technology continues to improve, rising health care costs are, coupled with China's social security system is not perfect, low level of development, can not meet the actual needs of people, people have come through in the form of commercial insurance or accidental dispersion Diseases caused by medical expenses. More and more people have multiple protection. In order to fulfill the principle of compensation, mostly in terms of the various insurance companies expressly set forth in the client application claims issued by medical institutions should be provided for medical expenses original settlement documents, in order to prevent duplicate payments because of the insured person and the extra profit. But with China's \It is due to this conflict, triggering a large number of insurance contract disputes, commercial health insurance directly affect the normal operation and healthy development. In this paper, the application of medical expenses insurance claims, medical expenses required to provide original documents of settlement provisions are reasonable as a starting point, focuses on medical expenses insurance is applicable double insurance, and then analyzes take COB improved double payment terms as an effective measure of viability. This paper consists of five parts. The first chapter, presents the background, significance, research status and related research methods and major research paper content.
