Abstract

In the new century , sports development has entered a new era . Penetration of the multi-disciplinary training, competition and management and other aspects of the increasingly scientific, and in training, competition and management plays a leading role in the coaches face the brunt of these changes . Faced with new challenges, new era coaches qualities and abilities , and knowledge in areas such as put forward higher requirements . \Coaches level of quality , competence and knowledge of the depth of the strength is directly related to the overall development of athletes , related to raising the level of competitive sports . National Games is the nation's highest level of competition , it reflects the provincial sports strength. Seventh National Games , the province athletes fought hard in the athletics competition , won sixth place ; Eighth National Games, get thirteenth place finish ; Ninth National Games , Get nineteenth place finish . Cause a sharp decline in performance by many factors , and coaches are the main factors affecting athletic performance , therefore , has an important research question coaches theoretical and practical significance . Use of literature , survey , system , logical and mathematical statistics, by province senior athletic coaches Survey analysis to identify the main factors affecting coaches work . The results show that : the basic quality of the province senior athletic coaches are good, basic ability is also very strong ; rather should have the basic theoretical knowledge worrisome ; project unevenly distributed , the number of coaches to run multiple items , other items coaches small number ; coaches less research ; poor ability to use a computer and so on . In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of the impact of coaching exist on the basis of the main factors , the province has put forward to improve the overall level of senior athletic coaches recommendations to the relevant departments for the province to provide reference for decision-making , but also hope Henan Athletics motor development at an early date to glory.
