Abstract


Viola as a common Western musical instruments in the band position is very important . Regardless of the technology or the interpretation of the work , viola Performer need to fully practice . However , for the majority of people , all the training and experience of the individual alone is very difficult as soon as possible to be improved , so as to achieve a high level . The author summarizes the learning experience and teaching experience , found that by practicing tai chi in line with the physical laws relaxed and gentle movement interpretation of the the viola performer with musical works have a greatly improved . This paper is divided into three chapters. Chapter macro analysis of the mass and interaction of the whole music and movement . The second chapter focuses on the function of Taijiquan for the the the viola performer with physiological mechanisms (including the movement system , nervous system , respiratory system and cardiovascular system ) , psychological functioning ( played according to the psychological qualities and works of the ability to feel ) aspects of a series of analysis and research . Chapter for viola Performer for the ability of the second creation of the works , the tai chi \The final concluded that the Athletics for viola Performer , whether physical or psychological , have a very important benefits . To practice tai chi , Taijiquan viola playing and practice applied to the concept of \Long practice also makes performer with good health and full of energy , and thus more conducive to Performer for the complete interpretation of the works . So , tai chi as an excellent essence of traditional Chinese culture , is worthy of our viola player continues to explore and combine .
