Abstract


Honesty and credit is a hard problem of realistic society and economic circulation, and it is new realm that study of theories field of our country. The article adopted the methods of unity theory with practice, the integrating history with logic, the combination of economy analyze with ethics. First,starting from cultural origin, Meaning and feature of tradition Chinese western society and Marxist has been explained. Second, the importance of honesty and credit in socialism market economy, serious problem that fail in promise and reasons have systematiclly analysed. Under the guidance of Marxism, basing the realistic things, inheriting the tradition, borrowing the western ,the article sets up the system of honesty and credit of socialism market economy _ loyalty honesy trust credit. Third, starting from individual enterprise and government, the article make the suitable suggestions to system of honesty and credit of socialism market economy, and hope that it is values.
