Abstract


From the height of the macro guidance , the use of literature research and social surveys combining history and logic consistent vertical than horizontal comparison unity of research methods , analysis of the personality education of the young people of the two countries . First , from the definition of the concept of personality and character education start , discusses the importance of strengthening the personality education . Then, from the three aspects of the personality structure , the personality of the history of education and contemporary personality education Adolescent Personality' dissertation">Personality Education in China and the United States were more systematic and comprehensive comparison . Finally, based on the reality of the education of our young people personality orientation and countermeasures put forward their comments and suggestions . Comparative study , the following conclusions : first , from the knowledge of education to the ability of education to the personality education has become a common trend in contemporary international education , emphasis on personality education is the basic orientation of the Sino-US education . Second personality Sino-US education both differences there are common, and are highly complementary . From the reality of promoting China's modernization of education of requirements, seriously inherit the traditional strengths of the education of our personality , and boldly absorb the essence of the personality education in the United States , is the correct choice for strengthening and improvement of the education of our young people personality . Third, build the the personality education system of socialism with Chinese characteristics , must follow the principle of cultural integration , innovation and the principle of openness , the reality beyond the principle and the principle of overall optimization , establish educational shaping mechanism , market - shaping mechanisms and culture shaping mechanism .
