Abstract


Network service provider is an important part of Internet information exchanges a ring, they provide material for the exchange of information and technical support. Without their participation, the exchange of information on the Internet can not be achieved . But while their services for infringement infringer provided facilities and platforms objectively played a role in helping infringement , damages the victim to become a reality.
