Abstract


In China, the increasing social competition, more and more people with psychological problems. Facing in this part of the people, high school students is a group can not be ignored, especially high school students, college entrance, facing pressure from society, family, teachers, classmates and other aspects of a variety of mental illnesses, One of the most prominent psychological obstacle is test anxiety. Exam to occupy an important place in the lives of young students, test anxiety affects not only the young students learning and examination results, and has a lot of harm to their physical and mental health. Therefore, the importance of mental health education for young students, to carry out research on test anxiety and psychological counseling to guide the work, to help high school students to the successful conduct of the study and examination, give full play to their learning enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, to improve the psychological quality, promote intelligence and the all-round development of the personality, not only has an important theoretical significance, but also of great practical significance. Therefore, scientific and effective guide correction of students' test anxiety is a basic responsibility and obligation to one of our psychology and educators. This paper describes the status of test anxiety, concepts and elements; analysis of the typical behavior of test anxiety, the formation of the hazards of the process and conditions, as well as test anxiety symptoms and test anxiety. Combined with the high school where practical, to design a questionnaire survey targeted direct information.
