Abstract


Since reform and opening, with the rapid development of the market economy and accelerating the process of globalization, labor export as a new industry in China as foreign trade and economic cooperation and the implementation of \China is a typical densely populated, per capita natural resource-poor developing countries, neighboring Kazakhstan sparsely populated, rich in natural resources, economic development and China form a highly complementary. On the one hand, China's labor supply is a huge number and level of economic development and economic growth mode over a longer period for workers can not provide enough jobs; Kazakhstan, on the other hand, due to the low birth rate and the aging of serious reasons, significantly scarce labor resources.
