Abstract


Privacy is a natural person have nothing to do with the personal information of public interest, private activities and private areas of the right of disposal of a personality. It is a fundamental human right, the world citizens of many countries have made clear that the privacy and give legal protection. Privacy of public figures and public figures as the natural person is entitled to nothing to do with the personal information of public interest, private events and a variety of acts within the private sphere of a right of Self. Because of its special subject, which in addition to a common law right to privacy features, such as exclusive, secret, can give up sex, but also has its unique distinctive features:If the concern of the public, the public interest associated with the nature of conflict with the public interest and limited legal protection.Privacy of public figures to a reasonable limit and protection of the public right to know how the conflict with the privacy of public figures to balance the research on these issues has been of great practical significance.Focus on privacy of public figures and public figures have the right to know the inevitability of conflict, public figures privacy and right to know the performance of conflict, conflict and so the principle of co-ordination and co-ordination, this paper presents a balance of privacy and of freedom of the three major principles:the principle of actual malice, a reasonable source of information on the principles and the principles of fair comment disclaimer, privacy and coordination of public figures and public right to know the five principles of conflict:the right to consistent principles, social priority principle of public interest, public order and good morals and the principles of coordination of interests, protection of public figures principle of the inviolability of human dignity and to meet reasonable public interest principle. Western public figures and try to privacy and legal protection of the public right to know the theory and method of combining the actual situation in China, to improve the privacy of public figures and limited the legislative level and industry management, a number of recommendations.Do a good job protecting the privacy of public figures and limitations, mainly from a legal perspective to the regulation, a clear interest in borders, to develop the principle of punishment; also require the industry to strengthen self-discipline, and enhance awareness of self-restraint, self-protection awareness of ethical responsibility; Coupled with public figures, while personal property and personal reporting system and the major issues of public figures privacy provisions of the exposure system of licensing system to improve the privacy of public figures of our limitations and protection for the building of a harmonious society and people’s lives improving the quality of play a certain role.
