Abstract


The democracy within the Party and the people’s democracy’s relations are the question that has taken seriously since establishment of the Communist Party of China. The new time, to ram the ruling foundation of Party in the countryside, to advances and consummates the villager self-administration, to build the socialism new countryside as well as to construction socialism harmonious society and so on, the countryside basic unit democracy within the Party must interact with the villager self-administration. Because the interaction has its necessity and importance, however, the interaction still had some environment and factor existence that hindrance interaction in the reality. In order to comply with democracy request that the time and in the broad masses, the interested sides need correctly understand the interact’premise, emancipate the mind, transform idea, strengthen the system’construction, carry out each system of the party organization and each stipulation of the villager self-administration, move under the law premise that the related "political person". It must hit the foundation that effective interaction solidly. The concerned requirements of democracy and politics put into practice gradually; enhance people’s democratic idea, protect the practical benefit through the democracy exercise. It must do well the way that effective interaction. It must unceasingly rich the interactive platform, the way, the organization and the channel performs. At last, it must diligently construct the mechanism that effectively interaction to stimulate all people developing the Chinese characteristic socialist democratic and politics.
