Abstract


Administrative accountability as contemporary China's socialist political system reform , innovation, and performance of the rule of law in China , is an inevitable requirement for the continuous development of democratic politics , but also our government is an important step towards responsible government . At present , China's construction of the administrative accountability system is in its infancy , the administrative accountability system due to various reasons , there are still a series of problems and affect its effective implementation . Administrative accountability is a concrete response to the sovereignty of the people , principal / agency theory, rights and responsibilities theory and Marxist ideology of democratic supervision . According to the analysis of the current status of our administrative accountability system in China there is a culture of accountability lag system text design imperfect, inadequate supply of accountability laws and supporting measures of accountability defect . In this regard , we should cultivate a culture of accountability , to enrich the text content of the accountability system , improve the accountability laws and measures to improve the accountability supporting angle Perfection of the Administrative accountability system , to overcome the difficulties faced by the accountability system , it achieved their purpose .
