Abstract


Health is a vital part of people's lives, along with the establishment of the social security system and community support to the development of community health services in China in 1997, and gradually developed into an important part of the city health service system. With the in-depth development of community health services, two-way referral system came into being in China. Way referral business how information technology to share patient information between community health service institutions and hospitals, attracted the attention of many scholars. Refer to the relevant literature and research, based on two-way referral implementation by hospitals and community agencies and social security network connectivity features, the use of management information system theory, UML unified modeling language and data warehouse theory was constructed based on the social security system platform the way referral management information system. This research work mainly consists of the following three aspects: (1) the use of management information systems theory to the analysis of two-way referral management information systems. Expounded the way referral information of the status quo, to determine the objectives of the system, and on the basis of the investigation in the current system, the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the system. And system requirements analysis, use case modeling, rendering the system use case diagram using UML Unified Modeling Language. Through research, analysis, the way referral business processes and draw data flow diagram to describe the system. (2) based on systems analysis, complete the overall design of the the way referral management information system. First, determine the design principles and architecture of the system and the functional structure of the design of the system, determine the the way referral management information system includes hospital management the subsystem, community management subsystem, the the HL7 communication subsystem and referral decision support subsystem subsystems , and then describes the main functions of the system module. In this paper, based on the the HL7 medical information transmission standard patient referral information transfer Last elaborate HL7 standards of the principle of the transfer of information. (3) The the way referral decision-making based on the data warehouse to support the detailed design of the subsystems. Use of the theory of the data warehouse, designed two-way referral data warehouse, to determine the three themes of the data warehouse architecture and two-way referral data warehouse, respectively, for the two-way referral patients constitute, disease information, medical cost information, and complete the two-way referral data warehouse logical model design and table structure of the data warehouse system design. Data mining technology in the referral decision support subsystem, the use of cluster analysis and association rules algorithm, subdivision on referral populations and disease. Way referral management information systems, hospitals and community health service institutions to share patient information, and improve the level of medical services, promote community medical career development.
