Abstract


Accuracy and reasonableness of the functions of positioning the effective functioning of government departments logical premise and realistic starting point . China has proposed the strategic goal of building a service-oriented government , and put forward new requirements for government functions . The State Ethnic Affairs Commission as the functional departments of the State Council in charge of ethnic affairs , what are the characteristics of its functions , what are the problems , what should make the kind of adjustments ? -Depth study of these issues , strengthen the construction of the State Ethnic Affairs Commission functions , promoting ethnic work department administrative management system reforms to improve the level of management of our national affairs has important practical significance .
