Abstract


After the Third Plenum of the Eleventh Party in 1978 , China has undergone enormous changes . China began in the political, economic , cultural and other structural transformation of an era characterized . New social class is a new class came into being with the reform and opening up , including private technology enterprises , entrepreneurs and technical personnel , managerial and technical staff employed by foreign-funded enterprises , the self-employed and owners of private enterprises , intermediary organizations employed and self- career . New social strata have made ??outstanding contributions to promote the development of the national economy and social undertakings , expanding employment , maintaining social stability , they play an increasingly important role in China 's social and economic development . How do their ideological and political work , to help them solve their concern , such as the issue of political identity , political participation , the new social classes contribute to better serve the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics , a new era important task of the party's ideological and political work .
