Abstract


Based on the study of the inner connections between art and ideological and political work in petroleum enterprises, the thesis explored how to apply artistic ideas and method to the ideological and political work in petroleum enterprises so that the latter would be more infectious, appealing,effective and energetic.Through analyzing the basic situations and problems yet to be solved in artistic ideas and method to the ideological and political work in petroleum enterprises at current stage, the thesis pointed out the limitedness in the traditional ideological and political work. In the mean time, departing from the special features and functions of art, the thesis traced back the historical relation between art and ideological and political work, and proposed the idea that the beauty of art needed to be injected into the ideological and political work in petroleum enterprises .The thesis also studied the foundation of the artistic ideological and political work in petroleum enterprises, and put forward the idea that the people engaged in ideological and political work should have the artists’accoplishment and be committed to practice. And from the aspects such as artistic environment, mind and method in ideological and political work in petroleum enterprises, the thesis systematically studied the artistic ideological and political work in petroleum enterprises, further enriching the connotation of the ideological and political work in petroleum enterprises.The thesis not only employed the general law and method in the ideological and political work in petroleum enterprises, but explored the special law, way and method in ideological and political work in petroleum enterprises,from the analysis and study of the people engaged in ideological and political work and the object of it work in the brand-new perspective, thus making the work combined with beauty and pleasure so that the object can be edified and educated through the imperceptible influence. The education style full of polotical and artistic vigor will make the ideologiced and political work in petroleum enterprises have more energy and better social profits .
