Abstract

The retirement system is an important research areas of social security, is also a product of the modern mode of production. With the development of the world economy and demographic changes, the aging of the population has become a general trend. Most of the world has entered the aging society, the reform of the retirement system has become the important issues of the world's countries are increasingly concerned. Although Governments have varying degrees of reform measures, the implementation of the retirement system, but the reform situation is still grim, and the reform of the trends will become one of the major problems of the world must be handled with care. Our retirement system are still used in the system design of the 1950s. After more than half a century of practice, the system is exposed to many incompatible with modern economic and social development, the system stiffness lag a serious impediment to the sustainable development of the social security system. Thus, pension reform has become an important aspect of the long-term socio-economic development strategy by the government departments and academic attention.
