Abstract


Objective: How to objectively evaluate the performance of the experimental macaques emotional macaque model of emotional syndromes , is also an urgent need to expand the new field of emotional expression studies . This paper aims on the basis of preliminary studies , establish the experimental macaque emotional rating scale and emotional expression mathematical model , the PMS liver inverse , qi depression syndrome macaque model , as well as other emotional syndromes macaque model for normal experimental macaques love Chi evaluation , to provide an objective measurement tools . Method : observation the various expressions macaque behavior analysis to establish the female experimental macaques emotional evaluation of screening table ; non-conditional logistic regression to establish the initial emotional expression mathematical model ; establish the the female the experimental macaques scale observation table ; using retest stability and consistency of law and a half scale test ; equivalent method to test the stability of the standards of validity ; estimated using criterion-related validity . Results: mathematical model : except for lower friendly mood , the goodness of fit of anger and depression , and other emotional sensitivity , specificity reached model requirements (70 % ) ; retest three emotions of anger, depression , happiness higher reliability , split-half reliability of anger and depression , and lower the rest of the emotions reliability coefficient ; In addition to anxiety , the rest of the emotional criterion were stable ; emotional integral of this scale can effectively reflect the relevant emotional changes. Including anger, depression , friendly , the validity of having sex . Conclusion: The mathematical model of emotional expression , in addition to the friendly mood goodness of fit , sensitivity and lower specificity other than anger and depression and other mood meet the model standards , capable of accurate classification and determination of macaque expression behavior . Mood rating scale to measure certain emotional validity is not ideal ( anxiety) , internal consistency ( friendly and happiness ) , but the two primary emotions of anger and depression , and other emotional measuring the reliability and validity of all achieve scale standards , may be a more objective evaluation of the female experimental monkeys emotional expression behavior .
