Abstract


The development of higher vocational education , the urgent need for economic and social development . Higher Vocational Education ( hereinafter referred to as vocational education ) as a new type of higher education bears the important task of the modernization needs of tens of millions of high-quality technical and applied personnel training , to build a new vocational education management system at the same time become an important task of the scientific development of higher vocational education . In recent years, Anhui industrial economy Vocational and Technical College adhere to the scientific development concept as a guide, the initial establishment of a flexible and effective , open and orderly management system and operational mechanism to promote the comprehensive and coordinated development of the Institute of scale , quality, structure , effective . But at the same time, Anhui industrial economy Vocational and Technical College and other vocational colleges , there are a lot of problems and deficiencies in the management system, operation mechanism and other aspects of day-to-day management .
