Abstract


The survey of the subject Guangzhou Baiyun Chamber of Commerce \u0026 Industry advanced technical schools . Guangzhou Baiyun Chamber of Commerce \u0026 Industry Senior Technician School School for 21 years, is a very representative of the private vocational school . Private Vocational School Teachers' Career Management Research , private vocational education for the state to transport a large number of highly skilled personnel , private vocational education is to support the other leg of the national vocational education . A high-quality , high level of teachers , is undoubtedly the key to development in schools , private vocational school teachers is the biggest problem . Plus the two attributive \I also belong to the one of which , for themselves, their school , vocational education , advanced technical schools in Guangzhou Baiyun Chamber of Commerce \u0026 Industry for the survey very practical significance . In this paper, a survey research on teachers ' career management situation through interviews to gain insight into the ideas and needs of teachers in career development , but also to national policy has been studied , revealing individuals, schools , the relevant policy on the teaching profession career development constraints and make recommendations accordingly . The research shows that the main factors restricting the development of private vocational college teachers career including : (1) teachers' personal awareness of career development planning ; (2 ) The school management has seriously affected the career development of teachers ; (3 ) at all levels of government relevant policies are not implemented , the private school teachers personnel management, social security system is not conducive to the career development of teachers . Private vocational schools teachers should be proactive career management awareness, passive to active ; private vocational institutions have a modern human resource management , people-oriented , standing on the a higher broader perspective , to look at the problem of teacher professional development , and scientific management methods to promote teachers' career development ; government can not favoritism , and effectively implement the relevant regulations of the private Education Promotion Law \.
