Abstract


Interest rate regulated has created miracles of quick booming of economy for many countries , However, the growth concentrates on quantity other than quality ,which decreases the efficiency of resources allocation, Sustainable economic growth cannot come true. While interest rare liberalization is able to boost qualitative growth and financial deepening for one country. Both interest rate control and interest rate liberalization are the interest rate policies for different developing period of a country. We shall gradually realize interest rate liberalization due to the requirement of our economic reform and further development. The liberalization of interest rate is a complicated systematic engineering, the easy thing that absolutely not accomplishes in one move. Will analyze the objective environment, necessity and condition of liberalization of interest rate of our country emphatically on the basis of existing domestic and international achievement in research in this text, And in order to regard entering the WTO in our country as the background, have put forward corresponding measure and suggestion to our country’s liberalization of interest rate in order to take money market as the leading factor.This text is divided into seven parts altogether. The first part It is the foreword , propose the academic value and realistic meaning studying interest rate liberalization in our country, Then has pointed out the research train of thought, method and innovation of this text.The second part It is the summarization of the document, should review the Chinese and foreign achievement in researching this subject, And then pointed out the deficiency and defect studied, so gave the direction for the research of this text.The third part Briefly review the history and reason of interest rate regulated policy and our country’s interest rate reform process and analyze the drawback about interest rate regulated policy combining our country and foreign countries.The fourth part Analyze the objective environment of interest rate liberalization in our country and propose the necessity of market-oriented reform of interest rate in our country according to the disparities between our country’s current interest rate system and interest liberalization.The fifth part Mainly analyze and refer the practicing experiences and lessons2about developed and developing country’s reform and put forward some helpful suggestions based on proposing the necessity of the market-oriented reform of interest rate in our country remarked in the fourth part.The sixth part Concretely propose the condition about the market-oriented reform of interest rate in our country and probe into the feasibility of steadily transition about the monetary policy transmission mechanism from interest rate regulated system to open system utilizing the econometrics attaching importance to money market in the meantime. That is to say, exploring the feasibility implementing interest rate liberalization in our country.The seventh part Propose the goal and the overall train of thought concerning the market-oriented reform of interest rate in our country and give some assumption about the order, process of the market-oriented reform of interest rate in our country, combining the international experiences of interest rate liberalization and the real situation in our country .
