Abstract


Project Management Maturity Model is the current field of project management a research focus, but on the construction project management maturity model is still in its infancy. Organization as a college college capital construction project management basic total integrators , project management maturity through their research , we can understand their project management shortcomings and weaknesses , so as to formulate improvement plans to improve the management level of university infrastructure projects , which for colleges and universities to improve our infrastructure and the whole construction industry management level has important significance. After analyzing the characteristics of university infrastructure project management , this paper that can use the project management maturity model theory to guide our university system infrastructure project management organization's ability , based on this idea , in the digestion and absorption of foreign project management maturity research and application based on the results of the project management maturity model theory system and its application in university infrastructure for a more in -depth research, to build the university infrastructure projects management maturity model , through the analysis that university infrastructure project management implementation project management maturity model necessity and feasibility . On this basis , this paper combines the characteristics of university infrastructure project management , building infrastructure projects in the university management maturity model framework that defines the university infrastructure project management maturity model of five maturity levels ( initial stage , growth stage , standardized level , control level, optimization level ) behavioral characteristics to determine the maturity level of the model of the process areas and goals. Went on to university infrastructure project management maturity model applications were studied, indicating the university infrastructure project management application of project management maturity model of a proposed university infrastructure project management maturity model maturity level of assessment methods and improvement strategies . Finally, the main building to the new project as a Northeastern University, empirical , through questionnaires and SPSS statistical tool for the investigation results were descriptive statistics, analysis and comparison of the use of radar chart method, Northeastern University, New Main Building Project Management Maturity overall project status the judgment and evaluation , and the results of the analysis are discussed and put forward specific improvement strategies .
