Abstract


This paper mainly revolves around xun’s thought ritual study. Contents include the background of ritual study thought, content and meaning and ritual and method, art, potential relationship. Xun zi as a representative of the Confucianism in the warring states period, and successor end social environment, the chaos of the home school reasonable absorb thoughts, formed the unique ritual study thought. Especially for the fusion and absorb legalist school, deeply reveals this period by previous Confucian thoughts have towards the law by combination for Confucianism. This theory system is established with the contemporary social situation is the rational thinking.
