Abstract

This paper select a current hot research nano materials as the research object. On synthesis, characterization and properties of nanometer materials and theoretical analysis, select the best preparation method and preparation conditions. According to this train of thought, we think that the reverse microemulsion method and solvent hot method is the best choice for preparation of nanomaterials. Special electronic configuration, rare earth elements in the exhibit unique properties and wide application. Based on the combination of the two, we prepared the good lipophilicity, particle size uniform dispersion of rare earth fluoride nanoparticles. Was prepared by bulk polymerization nano glass again, have Pr < sup > 3 < / sup > absorption, make its application optics materials possible. In addition, we also analyzed the rutile type of HRTEM images nanocrystalline titanium dioxide that nanoparticles at different levels of amorphous and crystalline defects, due to system internal energy differences, different activation energy threshold.
