Abstract


Since the 1980s , teachers, international cooperation has become a hot topic in the field of educational research problems had been widespread concern. Teacher cooperation is in line with current knowledge of the structure of new curriculum for teachers , teaching methods requires teachers to work brought the inevitable change. Teachers collaborate both for individual teachers or schools have a positive meaning . Teachers voluntary cooperation , mutual sexual identity and characteristics . Embodies the core values ??of cooperation and mutual benefit of teachers , professional development and change in the way work on . Current teacher cooperation, while there had been some progress, but there are still many problems. In this study, investigation and observation of teachers cooperative status of the investigation . Through the survey found that teachers' cooperation is the main question : Teacher cooperative attitude passive range limitations, random processes , lack of time to evaluate one-sided . Therefore, teachers are still low level of cooperation wandering , unable to carry out . Despite the formation of the above problems are many reasons , but the \, the lack of intervention led to the lack of scientific co- lead teachers and effective supervision \Based on the interpretation of the status of teacher collaboration and analysis of influencing factors , this study management perspective, from the teachers' desire to stimulate cooperation , collaborative process improvement , innovative forms of cooperation , cooperation evaluate proposed changes in these four areas of cooperation to promote teacher management strategy.
