Educational Equity is a hot topic in today 's education sector , causing a lot of attention and discussion . Since reform and opening up, especially the party's congress , China in basic education in rural areas to achieve a historic breakthrough in the nine-year compulsory education basically universal , even the full implementation of free compulsory education in rural areas , China's education is to basically meet the needs began to pursue better and better education . But due to the economic, historical and social reasons , China's rural school foundation is weak , there are still a large gap between teachers, school conditions, the quality of education , teaching methods and effects , and urban schools , basic education allocation of resources the uneven problem is still outstanding , in particular, insufficient investment in education and education policies imbalance persists .
