Abstract


Unemployment has become a key issue in China's economic and social development, and has an important impact on China's economic construction and social development, and caused great concern of the whole society. How to crack the problem of unemployment in the socialist market economic system, to build both the theoretical foundation of Marxism, and consistent with the contemporary national conditions of unemployment theory and governance mechanisms has become an urgent need for research to address the major issues. China's unemployment problem, the uniqueness, complexity, variability and challenges are unique in the world. The rapid economic growth and rising unemployment coexist, the total contradictions and structural contradictions superposition, the formation of a variety of unemployment are intertwined but each other constraints, the unemployment situation is complicated. Marxist theory of unemployment as an important part of the scientific system of Marxism, has long been highly theoretical workers concern, and of great significance for a comprehensive, in-depth study of the problem of unemployment. Isle of Man is not only simple to some technical factors, market factors to observe study the problem of unemployment, and the unemployment problem to grasp on the internal contradictions of the social relations of production.
