Abstract


Since the reform and opening up, the various forms of private enterprises continue to grow, flourish, in addition to government control, prohibition to enter the field of private enterprise has been involved in the social and economic life, become an indispensable component of China's socialist market economy one-part, made a great contribution to China's national economic development and social stability. However, in the fully affirmed the positive role played by the development of private enterprises, to encourage the development of private enterprises at the same time, we must also be noted that the development process in terms of labor relations, there are still many problems can not be ignored, that is, its role in promoting economic growth the same time, its internal labor conflicts are constantly developing, and sometimes even develop into a labor conflict, manifested quite intense and increasingly serious trend. Solve the problem of labor relations is directly related to China's economic development and social stability. Therefore, the study is a major issue of great practical significance of private enterprises in the market economy under the conditions of labor-management cooperation. This paper attempts to re-interpretation of China's private enterprises in labor relations through social exchange theory. First, the appropriateness of social exchange theory to explain the labor relations of private enterprises in China, and people for social exchange, in order to get a return, people must pay in order to pursue external rewards and intrinsic rewards, which people exchange operations two main principles: First, the principle of reciprocity, the second is the principle of fairness. Next, from the point of view of exchange theory to explain the labor-management cooperation may be: labor-management cooperation is a mixed social exchange, its core economic interests, and cooperation is a interests of the game, which requires that the process of cooperation between employers and employees Do not only see their own interests and do not see each other's interests, only consider their own needs, without regard to each other's needs. The other the cost compared to the remuneration clearly inappropriate, and ultimately will lead to the breakdown of cooperation, to the detriment of their own interests. So, even though both employers and employees for their own economic interests and cooperation, participation and cooperation of the parties shall give due consideration to each other's interests. Finally, based on the above analysis, and learn from the successful practices of foreign companies, the paper and then construct the new private enterprises, labor-management cooperation, put forward the basic principles of labor-management cooperation - to maintain the principle of the balance of power of labor, mutual principle of fairness, government intervention the principle of equal consultation, both can benefit principle. Details are as follows: The first chapter is an introduction, introduces the research background, purpose and significance of research methods, structural arrangements and pointed out that the innovation of research, the inadequacies and the need to work on in the future. The second chapter is the literature review, mainly from private enterprises at home and abroad theory of labor-management cooperation and social exchange theory both pieces were reviewed, which focuses on two important exchange theory thinking: Hoffman exchange theory and Blau exchange theory . The third is to transform government functions and give full play to the role of government in promoting labor-management cooperation. Fourth, we should pay attention to the standardization of the full implementation of the labor contract system, protection of labor rights.
