Abstract


With the development of economy, chinese economy is in line with the international business. Foreign direct investment is an important approach to the economic globalization. Private enterprises as the main force of the development of modern economy, from home to abroad, from trade to investment, battle in the international economic competition.. With the development of economy, era, foreign direct investment, market are key factors for the development of modern economy. One of the most important solutions is the enterprise foreign direct investment. Private enterprises to speed up the implementation of the "going out" strategy, and actively carry out foreign direct investment, absorb the advanced technology, to expand the international market, improve the international competitiveness, the development of private enterprises is the effective way to expand and develop private economy. Zhejiang province developed private economy, foreign direct investment in a leading position in the domestic private enterprises. Therefore, foreign direct investment of private enterprises in Zhejiang, we can see a visual picture, provides the reference for other provinces of China private enterprises to engage in foreign direct investment.This paper first explains the private enterprise overseas investment is important for the economic development of china. I explain The private enterprise of overseas investment, from two aspects of the related literature.(1) study on Chinese enterprises’ foreign direct investment.(2) study on the foreign direct investment of private enterprises. In this part, I collected the literature particularity in private enterprises.(3) the relevant literature about Zhejiang private enterprises foreign direct investment. In the above three points, I summarize the contributions and shortcomings of the literature. In the third chapter, the development characteristics of our private enterprises in Zhejiang’s foreign direct investment has made the induction analysis and statistics. Then, I get the superiority of foreign direct investment of private enterprises in Zhejiang. In the fourth chapter, I select two typical cases of Zhejiang private enterprise foreign direct investment, and analyzes the problems in their overseas investment and they each take solution.In the fifth chapter, I discussed in detail the foreign direct investment of Zhejiang private enterprises have problems.In the sixth chapter, according to the fifth chapter of the problem put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The innovation of the paper is from the research perspective and research methods, this paper despite some valuable research results, however, because the relevant resources, research ability and research method, its limitations, some local papers for further study.
