Abstract


Tibetan sky burial is a historic funeral culture exists in the history of several thousand years of snow-covered plateau . Even today , in the Tibetan areas is still more than 90 percent of the Tibetan accepted and practiced . Different geographical environment breeds different national psychology and national culture . The vast Tibetan Plateau traditional burial custom because the provisions of its religious , foreign tribe seemed distant and mysterious . Mysterious generated speculation and Lenovo , the few words of introduction , scanty description is easy to be misleading . Some people do not understand the cultural connotation of the burial , and thus its unique way of veneration improper comments . These misconceptions are not conducive to the national amalgamation and cultural transmission , but also hurt the feelings of the Tibetan people . The funeral culture is a reflection of the social and cultural , but also the product of natural environment . The special geographical environment created a unique ethnic culture , any kind of culture exists burial culture and continue to have their reasons .
