Abstract


In this paper, multiple interview cases , trying to explore the psychological stroke in their reporting activities from the perspective of social psychology . Psychological stroke interviews with both psychological state of development and changes in their reporting activities , upcoming good interpersonal relationships and development into the interview activities , interviews with both inner experience four different stages . Gathering activities is actually interpersonal process concentrated , interview to grasp some social psychology theory , beneficial to the state of mind of the respondents grasp and contribute to the success of the interview . Interviews lack of understanding of the status of social psychological theory , combined with the specific case in which a systematic study . Social psychology that the establishment and development of good interpersonal relationships to go through orientation, emotional exploration , emotional exchange and stable interaction of four stages , which are to ingratiate themselves with gathering activities between the interviewer and the respondents were unfamiliar to the familiar and then process coincide. This article discusses the order in accordance with the four stages of development , the text is divided into four parts: The first chapter Overview interview learning and social psychology theory ; Chapter II from the interviewer 's self-perception of respondents cognitive interview environmental awareness discuss the orientation interview stage ; Chapter paralinguistic \emotional stage of exploration ; Chapter interpersonal attraction , self-exposure and to maintain good relations with the principle discussed in three aspects of emotional communication in the interview and stable interaction stage . Text involves many theories in social psychology , in turn gathering activities into the main line , \, looking to interview both psychological characteristics and laws of interview activities , the interviewer access to information to maximize the amount .
