Abstract


By analyzing the readability of financial reports to ordinary people, this paper investigate on the paper based financial news, in order to summarize the universal laws, discover the problem, and to find out the resolution.The author first defines the scope and subject investigated of the research,. Significances the research priorities in chapter 1.Introduces the conceptions and the features about the readability and the financial reports in chapter 2,than pointes out the importance of readability. The author Systematic analysis the financial reports on readability elements and personality in chapter 3 and chapter 4. Compare with economic repots, the author puts out the unique qualities of financial reports.Chapter 5 and 6 give out some typical examples, by which the main problems that exist in handling the readability of financial news can be reflected. Proposals are also made respectively to those problems.
